JD’s Clients Policy
We ask that you please come to your appointment with a clean head free of product, bed head or hat hair, if not and barber has to shampoo the up-charge will be added to your service.
Please read service details under each cut name to ensure your picking the right service.
We ask that you try and book all the service you want, and book them correctly if the systems is not allowing you to book multiple services the time you selected, or barber you selected doesn’t have enough time for everything you selected due to other client’s appointments. If you need help booking, please call 314-293-9649.
Haircut and services are charged according/subject to change from barber to barber.
Specialized Haircut will be up charged/charged accordingly. Example Mullet, Designs, Drop fade, Edgar, French crop, skullet, 5 star etc.
Bald Fades/Skin Fade anything 1 or below will be charged as a Bald Fade and needs to be booked as a bald fade.
Service can always be added at time of service if the barber has the time to do so, if the barber doesn’t have the extra time only the service booked will be performed.
Services totaling $30 + are prepaid only services due to the amount of time the $30 plus services take off the barber’s book.
If you cancel, your appointment less than 2 hours before appointment time you will be charge 15% of your total, if you no show you will be charged full amount of services booked.
If you are on reoccurring appointments and you miss 2 appointments your future appointments will be canceled, and you are a prepaid client.
